At Nubreed Sports, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help. This policy outlines our process for returns, exchanges, and refunds.


1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and Unworn: Items must be in their original condition, with tags attached and packaging intact.

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt, order confirmation, or proof of purchase is required.

  • Timeframe: Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Personalized or custom-made products.

  • Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable.”

  • Products damaged due to misuse or wear and tear.


3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these steps to return or exchange an item:

Step 1: Contact Us

  • Email us at support@nubreedsports.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • We’ll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.

Step 2: Package Your Item

  • Securely pack the item in its original packaging.

  • Include the RMA number on the outside of the package.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

  • Send the package to the address provided in your return instructions.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as you are responsible for return shipping costs.


4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Refund Methods

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.


5. Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, follow the return process above and include a note specifying your desired exchange.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at support@nubreedsports.com. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
