The MD Buddy Poly Carbonate Gym Rings are perfect for perfecting that muscle up or ring dips. Suspension training can help to isolate muscles like your triceps or even your lats when used for inverted rows. Made from poly carbonate, these gym rings are very strong. The easy to use buckle is great for quick height adjustment up to 15 FT.
Gym rings are the original suspension training system, used for over a hundred years for gymnastic training. Typically used to perform fully suspended exercises such as the pull up or dips or for advanced exercises like muscle ups and iron cross drills. Comes with two rings, straps and a mesh carry bag!
